Refund policy

No Returns for Digital Personalized Products

Our products are digital and personalized, created individually for each customer.

Due to the nature of such products, refunds or order cancellations are not possible once the product has been delivered (sent to your email or made available for download).

This is in accordance with Shopify policy and Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which states that digital and personalized content is non-refundable.

What Is Non-Refundable

We do not offer returns or refunds for the following categories of products:

  • Digital goods (PDFs, e-books, files, individual analytical materials)
  • Personalized calculations (numerology interpretations, individual reports)
  • Content created based on your personal data
  • Any materials you have already accessed

Once the product has been delivered (access granted or file received), cancellation of the purchase is not possible.

14-Day Reflection Period in EU Countries

Please note:

Digital personalized products are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period provided by EU law.

This means that after receiving access to the file, you cannot request a refund, even if you reside in the European Union.
